With a good knowledge of the Swedish labor market, Per also gained - in his previous collaboration with the local employment agency (ANOFM) - an extensive know-how of the Moldovan labor market as well. Before Swedish Public Employment Agency, Per worked as a branch manager for Nordea Bank.

Vladimir Lungu, Project Coordinator
With more than 20 years experience in the labor market, consulting in business administration, SMs development and finance, Vladimir's previous assignments included management of various projects implemented in Moldova by USAID, World Bank, European Union. As a Project Coordinator for the Mobility Partnership project, he's providing the local expertise in labor market regulations and ensures the overall implementation of the project.

Cristina Cozma, Communication expert
Cristina holds a wide experience in communication and public relations sector. Previously, she worked for international companies and NGOs, gathering the know-how knowledge that will assure the communication part of the EU project within the mobility partnership.

Vladimir Rogojin, IT Coordinator
Vladimir worked in the previous project coordinated by SPES in Moldova concerning the labor market, thus he has a wide experience regarding the IT component necessary in the current project as well. With applied mathematics as its main background, he has worked for more then 10 years in software designing and development for various governmental structures. He also worked for international institutions such as World Bank, SIDA.

Mariana Coda, Project Officer
Having the appropriate international know-how in administration, business management and financial analysis, Mariana is securing the admin/finance services for the Mobility Partnership initiative. Her previous assignments also gave her the opportunity to engage in comparative analysis between Moldova and EU activities.

Tamara Burca, Translator/Interpreter
Tamara has an extensive experience of translation/interpretation for key international organizations residing in Moldova. Prior to her decision to join the Mobility Partnership team, she worked for almost three years within an access to credit initiative-project implemented by USAID.
