Starting with 2001, the Moldovan-Swedish cooperation process encompasses various labour market projects and an extensive exchange of information due to strengthen the capacity of local employment agency (ANOFM). The capacity building process for ANOFM and other Moldovan authorities continues in the present through the advisory and expertise support of the Swedish Public Employment Service. Within the framework of the mobility partnership with the EU, SPES is the implementing body of the project "Strengthening Moldova's capacity to manage labor and return migration".
