Information and Communication Focal Points
Increase the capacity of ANOFM to provide information and related services by improving their vacancies bank (to be used both by Moldovans at home and by those working abroad), by advancing ANOFM’s current web site, make use of internal and external communication tools, by increasing the cooperation relations with potential employers in order to have a multitude bank of diverse and updated job opportunities.

Call Center / Hot line
A three dimensional communication channel will be soon available for the Moldovan citizens seeking a job on the local market. Both the jobseekers and employers will now have an increased easy access to the labor market by using the internet (email/skype), telephone or by visiting the job center located right in the center of Chisinau.

Job Fairs and entrepreneurial training assistance in EU
Several Job Fairs will be organized in the main EU host countries, with job opportunities for those wanting to return home and work in Moldova. Entrepreneurial assistance will be also made available.

Employment Info Desks in EU
Within the already existent Moldovan consular offices, information bureaus will be available for workers residing in EU zone, on various concern issues: job opportunities in Moldova, national employment and entrepreneurial policies, prevention of exploitation and trafficking, channels for cheaper transfer of remittances.

Validation of Studies
Mutual validation/recognition of exams, grades, certificates both in the member states and on Moldovan labor market for returnees (or possible immigrants).

Vocational educational training
In order to support the job seekers in finding employment opportunities, vocational educational trainings will be made available with the help of existing VET schools in Moldova and with the international assistance of the European Training Foundation.

Social and Economic Integration of Returnees
Training programs and specific policies/ guidelines for returnees will be developed, in order to facilitate their social and economic integration in the country of origin.

Pre Departure Trainings and Technical Assistance
The National Employment Agency will provide technical assistance to Moldovans planning to migrate by providing tailor-made pre-departure trainings, information and guidance on meeting the administrative and legislative requirements of EU for non-members.

Training staff of National Employment Agency (ANOFM)
Various trainings will be available for ANOFM’s staff. The sessions will take place in Moldova and abroad and are to be conducted by experts from the member states.

Exchange of best practices between EU and MD
Moldovan authorities will benefit from expert’s support in negotiating and implementing labor migration and social protection bilateral agreements between Moldova and interested EU country members.

Raising Awareness Programs
During the three years of implementation, the Mobility Partnership project will develop a wide information process in order to address legal migration in EU and existent employment opportunities at home (in Moldova). All existing media channels will be used extensively both at the national and international level. A major focus in spreading the information on legal migration will be given to all the various networks (diasporas, national and local authorities, employment offices of the NEA).
