| Study visit to the Public Employment Agency of Belgium (VDAB) |

In the period 27th -28th of October, the EU funded project “Strengthening Moldova’s capacity to manage labour and return migration” has organized a study visit to the Public Employment Agency of Belgium (Flanders region) for 10 employees of the National Employment Agency of Moldova (ANOFM). The visit aimed to study the experience of the Belgian agency in serving the client using multichanneling approach to improve the quality of services offered by the Call Centre and Job Expo of ANOFM. Within this visit, the focus was put on the online services provided to employers and job seekers as well.
The experience and know-how of the Belgian Public Employment Agency in offering services of quality to its clients will serve as base for a future long-lasting collaboration between VDAB and ANOFM. |
