In the period 17th-18th and 24th -25th of October the EU-funded project “Strengthening Moldova’s capacity to manage labour and return migration” has organized two training sessions on how to work with employers for 30 employees of the National Employment Agency of Moldova. These trainings are a continuation of the trainings organized previously and aim to set the basis of a good and efficient collaboration between employers and NEA by appointing 10 Key Accounts by the end of these activities.
The first training was led by experts from the Public Employment Agency of Austria who focused in their presentations on the cooperation with employers, presenting the Austrian labour market and the experience of the agency in this area. For the second training the EU–funded project has invited a German independent expert who due to his wide experience in working with employers managed to induct the participants into notions like labour market, marketing, management of relations with employers from the companies’ point of view, value of a client and strategies of marketing. The expert has especially highlighted the responsibilities of a Key Account.
Each theory session was followed by workshops and group exercises. All participants along with the top management of NEA have appreciated highly the quality of the trainings organized as well as the knowledge gathered from the highly skilled experts. |
