The report presents SPES’s approach and methodology developed within the first 6 months of the project. Alongside explanatory notes on the previous activities, SPES is making recommendations on how to integrate participatory elements into the strengthening of public employment service and on what measures may be needed to ensure that the needs and interests of employees, employers, jobseekers are met.
